Membrane filter cartridges by RENNER
Membrane filter cartridges use a polyethersulfone membrane and can thus filter fine particles as well as bacteria.
They possess special adsorption properties and are manufactured under strictly controlled manufacturing conditions in the clean room.

Membranes in filter technology are very thin films (from approximately 50 microns) with precisely defined pores that are so small that even bacteria are retained.
Areas of application
In addition to the reliable assurance that membrane filter cartridges filter effectively, these high-quality filter cartridges also provide the option of monitoring and documentation. The precise pore filter matrix makes it possible to apply physical test methods for monitoring the tightness which is required especially in the pharmaceutical industry, in quality management and in the production of semiconductors.
The heart of the filter cartridges is the membrane of polyethersulfone which is chemically resistant; it adsorbs only few dissolved medically active substances and has the highest liquid flow among the membranes. These product properties of the membrane filter cartridges are used for high purity water and high-purity chemicals, in medical technology or in biotechnology.
